LAUNCH… "Launch" allows you to transfer directly to another application without going through the Finder. Selecting this command displays a standard file dialog; this is where you select the application you wish to transfer to. Click "Cancel" to abort. Next you see the "Launch" dialog. You have the option to "pass" all the files in the file list to the application you select. This is exactly the same as selecting a group of documents in the Finder and double-clicking them. If you DO NOT want to pass files to the application, activate the "Do not pass Files" checkbox. Holding down the [Option] key before selecting Launch will pass ONLY files currently selected to the target application. If you are passing files to an application, you can choose what "message" to send along with the files. You can choose either "Open", "Print" or a custom message of your own. (NOTE: This is only useful if the launching application understands messages other than open or print. Unless you know what this means, use ONLY "Open" or "Print".) When you have made your selections, click "Launch" to launch the program, or "Cancel" to back out.
